You and your National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach will work together to create a plan to meet your health goals. We equip you with the tools   to set up a plan together for you to live your best life. Health coaching can include a variety of topics, such as weight loss, diabetes prevention, etc.

We DO NOT diagnose or treat individuals.

 A Certified Tobacco Cessaction Specialist will partner with you and assist you in becoming tobacco free using proven methods approved by the FDA  and combined with common sense practical holistic methods. 

$240-eight weeks

  We focus on weekly individualized live sessions taught by a Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor and Board Certified Health Coach. We educate you on living a holistic lifestyle. We will cover such things as water, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, brain health, EMF's and body detoxification. You don't want to miss this program. Bring a friend and split the cost!

$300-ten weeks

  We provide a non-invasive body scan that creates a digital analysis of the body by measuring frequencies of the cells inside the body.  The cost for both the nutritional counseling and the biofeedback scan is $100 and will last two hours. 

$100-includes one nutritional counseling session
